Terms of Service

Mada Host gives a hotel the tools to build and publish its own website, list rooms and prices, receive reservations directly from guests, and manage bookings, events and staff from one dashboard.

We provide the software. We are not a travel agency, we are not a booking channel, and we do not act as an agent for either side of a reservation.

This matters more than anything else here, so it is worth being blunt about.

A booking is between the guest and the hotel. The hotel sets its rooms, prices, availability and policies, and is responsible for honouring the reservation and for the stay itself. Questions about a booking, a cancellation, a refund or the stay go to the hotel.

Your subscription is between you and us. That is the part we are responsible for: the software being available and working as described.

You must be at least 18 to hold an account, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by staff accounts a manager creates, so keep passwords to yourself and remove people who leave.

A hotel's manager can create, reset and delete staff accounts. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been used without permission.

You can create an account, build your site, add rooms and try the dashboard without paying. A subscription is what makes the site publicly visible.

• Standard — 25,000 IQD per month or 250,000 IQD per year.
• Pro — 30,000 IQD per month or 300,000 IQD per year. Includes connecting your own domain and removes Mada branding from your site.

Prices are in Iraqi dinar. If we change them, the new price applies from your next renewal, never mid-term. When a subscription ends, your site stops being publicly visible — your content, rooms and bookings remain in your account, and publishing again restores them.

Payments are handled by licensed payment providers. Card and bank details are entered with the provider and never reach us.

Subscriptions are paid for a fixed term and are not refundable part-way through it, except where the law requires otherwise or where we have failed to provide the service. You can stop renewing at any time and keep the term you have already paid for.

Your photos, descriptions, prices and everything else you publish stay yours. You give us permission to host and display them for the purpose of running your site, and nothing more.

You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, and for the accuracy of what you publish — particularly prices, availability and policies a guest will rely on.

Connecting your own domain is part of the Pro plan. You must own or control the domain, and you are responsible for keeping its registration and DNS records current. We register it with our hosting provider so your site can be served on it; disconnecting it in your dashboard removes it again.

You may not use Mada Host to:

• break the law, or advertise an accommodation you are not entitled to let
• publish content that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes someone's rights
• send unsolicited messages to guests, or misuse guest contact details
• attempt to reach another hotel's data, or to interfere with the service

Guest information you collect through your site is entrusted to you for running your hotel. Handling it is your responsibility as the controller of that data, as described in our privacy policy.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it down briefly for maintenance, and we rely on providers whose own outages are outside our control.

You can stop using Mada Host and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where payment fails and stays unresolved — with notice where it is reasonable to give it.

On closure your site stops being served. You can ask us for a copy of your data before it is deleted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell account holders directly rather than quietly editing this page, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.

These terms are published in English, Arabic and Kurdish. The English version is the governing one: it is the text that was reviewed, and it is the text that applies if a translation differs from it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and disputes belong to its courts.
